Empower women through building, leadership and control over resources and setting up of gender just platforms and policy formulation and implementation through networking and advocacy. We believe that gender discrimination necessitates focusing upon changing women’s roles and status as agent and leaders of change.

One of SWATI’s core values is therefor to mainstream gender justice and equality through analysis of and action on the surrounding social realities.  This core value is integral to SWATI’s vision and informs the organization’s interventions into its programs, priorities, plans, policies, system and structures.
